Delivery Information

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 working days depending on location and courier availability. However, most orders are delivered much faster, especially when using our Express or Standard Delivery services.

Delivery Days & Hours
We deliver Monday to Sunday, including weekends. Deliveries may take place anytime between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Additional Delivery Charges
Certain remote or special delivery locations may incur an additional delivery surcharge. Any extra charges will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.

Missed or Rescheduled Deliveries

Delivery Access Information
Deliveries are made to the entrance of the delivery address as standard.

For customers living in apartments or flats, delivery will usually be completed at the ground floor/main entrance unless otherwise arranged.
